This release is a sweet mash 7 year malted rye, 50% New Holland Distillery and 50% from Journeyman Distillery, blended and finished in amburana, cognac, and sherry casks. It's tasting notes include pipe tobacco, smokey cedar, apricot, and cigar. Â
